Our client are distributors of market leading data security technologies that are trusted around the globe and over 20 years in business.
This position is integral to our client, as this individual will be the first point of contact alongside the Account Managers. This individual must be able to maintain knowledge/information as the job requires good planning, accurate completion and on time delivery.
PS: Successful candidate must have previous experience in the IT / ICT industry.

Job Title: Sales Support Agent (IT, ICT Industry) (Johannesburg)
Location: Gauteng
Duties & Responsibilities:
As successful candidate your responsibilities but not limited will be:
Generate quotes, ensure accurate pricing and timeous turnaround times and are task focused.
Process customer orders,
Ensure all required documentation is captured and accurate, as well as assisting with order status queries.
Be conversant with our client’s product portfolio, following training.
Ensure accurate data capturing on the ERP.
Ensure updated product training and current certification.
Dealing with people, building relationships and working through people to get things done:
Assist Account Managers with managing and closing pipeline opportunities.
Assist with vendor queries.
Assist Account Managers with ensuring customer satisfaction.
Providing pre-sales and post-sales customer support.

Matric or Higher
Experience:
At least 3-5 years internal sales and/or customer care experience in and IT / ICT industry or related.
Experience with working on an ERP. Beneficial if Acumatica.
Technical Competencies:
Basic MS Office.
Package & Remuneration:
R20 000.00 per month which includes
