While in this role you will be expected to perform the following functions:
- Contributing to and driving sales by effectively promoting service and developing relationships
- Achieving sales targets and converting inbound leads
- Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to customers
- Responsible for the customer journey, from processing all correct information onto final order
- Adhering to sales team standards checklist
Skills and Competencies:
- Possess exemplary customer service skills
- Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record in achieving sales targets and driving profitability
- Self-motivated and confident individual who is able to work as part of a team
- Be able to build a rapport communicate with a wide range of customers
- Is resilient, driven and enjoys reaching targets
- Great organisational capabilities and the ability to pay great attention to detail
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Background in sales, preferably in B2C products and services
- Must be able to work independently
