Location: Frankfort, Free State, South Africa
The suitable candidate will also be responsible for all tasks related to administration of auctions including: attending auctions, capturing auction rolls, printing of statements, bank payments, collection of receivables and management of cash auctions. General office administration and responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Grade 12
•Good administrative and numeracy skills
•Good interpersonal relations
•Good communication skills
•Good computer literacy
•Be willing to travel frequently and work after-hours at Livestock auctions
•Must be able to perform under pressure
•Hardworking, punctuality, precision and good teamwork
•Must be fully bilingual (English/Afrikaans) and understand and
communicate in Afrikaans to a large extent
•Must have a valid driver’s license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Administrative responsibilities
•Handling of auctions
•Responsible to follow-up outstanding debtors
