Carry out the University of Johannesburg Late Application process for 2023 by following the steps below;

How to Apply for UJ late application

Start with these steps to send late applications, endeavor to make your application before the deadline.

STEP 1 – Visiting the enquiries page:

Navigate to the UJ Late Enquiries page

STEP 2 – submission of ID:

You have to submit either your UJ student number, Grade 12 examination number or ID number and click on submit.

Note: If you already have a UJ student number you will be requested to enter your iEnabler PIN and password.

If you forgot your PIN and/or password you will be re-directed to the iEnabler page. Enter your UJ student number and click on the request a pin button. Your PIN will be sent to your email address. Click on the back button of the browser and re-enter your student number and PIN to proceed – alternatively you can contact the UJ Call Centre at 011 559 4555.

STEP 3 – verification of personal details:

Verify your personal details and click on confirm.

STEP 4 – New/Previous Application Confirmation:

New/Previous Application Confirmation:

1. If you have not applied at UJ, the system will indicate whether you qualify for any available qualification.
2. If you have previously applied at UJ for the 2023 Academic year the system will indicate your application status for the qualification(s) you have applied for.

If you have a positive application status and you are happy with your qualification choice, click on registration information to get all the details regarding registrations (please note that only applicants with an admitted status will be allowed to continue with registration).

If you are not happy with your current qualification click on the change qualification button.

STEP 5 – check for space availability:

Qualifications which you qualify for and still have space available will be displayed per Faculty/College. Please select your preferred Faculty/College.

STEP 6 – check for availaible qualifications:

A list of available qualifications within the Faculty/College will be displayed. Select the qualification you are interested in.

STEP 7 – submission of enquiry:

If you are happy with your selection click on submit an enquiry. If you are not happy with your selection click on make a different selection to restart the process.

STEP 8 – adding of phone number:

Enter your cell phone number and click on submit.

NOTE:

• Your enquiry has now been submitted and you will receive feedback within 5 working days (weekends excluded).
• Transfer (did studies at another University/College) and Entering (did previous studies at UJ) applicants will not be taken into consideration.
