Senior Business Sales Executive – Permanent- up to R1m per Annum

Job Title: Sales Executive – Telecommunications
Location: Fourways

Job Summary:
We are looking for young, energetic, motivated, and dedicated candidates to join our team.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Dimensions, Skills and Knowledge
Males aged between 20-35 years old
Must have at least 1-3 years’ sales experience
Articulate in both Afrikaans and English (speak, write and understand)
Proven sales track record, please provide 2 references
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

The ability to:
Focus on results through customer focus, quality, managing work, planning, and organizing, decision making and building of partnerships.
Express potential through adaptability, initiating action, applied learning, impact, innovation, stress tolerance and work standards.
Interact effectively through communication, building customer loyalty, building trust and strategic working relationships, managing conflict, negotiation and commitment.
