Job Objectives/Outputs
• Conduct outbound telephone calls to customers from the cold-calling base
• Create quality leads from the cold-calling base by ascertaining whether the client
would be interested in being contacted by a Sales Consultant in future
• Follow up on all unconverted contacts
• Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
• Deliver on Treating Customers Fairly principles in alignment with regulatory Requirements

Requirements
Level of Education:
Essential:
•Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent*
•At least 1 year sales experience, preferably in the short term or long-term insurance industry

Knowledge of:
• Telephone etiquette
• Basic customer service
Skills:
• Typing skills
• Good PC skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and writtien
communciation
• Excellent listening skills
