Our client in the in the IT Industry is looking for an IT Helpdesk Assistant to join their vibrant team

Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum requirements:
Must have a Matric/N3 qualification
Relevant experience in telecommunications
IT related degree/diploma will be advantageous
At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Relevant knowledge of VoIP support essential
Proven track record and traceable references essential
Support IT staff members on support related work
Own reliable transportation is required
