To manage the mill proses to achieve optimal milling and quality efficiency and to minimize down time and prevent chokes, control flows and divides of products from the intake to the end product and maximize milling gain and prevent product lost in order to maximize the company profit.

Job Summary:
Key responsibilities of this role:
•Raw maize quality and conditioning
•Optimal Technical performance
•Optimal Equipment Efficiency
•Quality Assurance of final product specification
•Housekeeping of mill
•Managing of Subordinates
Qualifications and Experience:
•NQF 4 in Mill technology
•At least 5yr as a qualified Miller
Knowledge:
•Good understanding of LRA, OHS Act and Food Safety
•Pest control and Fumigation coarse (G.T.I.)
•Maize grading
•Computer skilled
•Milling process and operation
•Warehouse FIFO process
•O.I.M. Operational Improvement Management
Competencies:
•Analytical Skills
•Numerical Skill
•Mechanical Skills
•Good communication
•Assertive to targets and goals
