Job Summary:
Responsible for Campus Library Strategic Planning, Financial and Human Resource Administration and Operational Services; Member of Campus Management Board; Development and Evaluation of Library Collections and Resources; Implement high-quality level Library Services; Provide Research support and enhance scholarly communication services on all Campus teaching and research areas; Create information literacy content and training manuals in accordance with student profiles and academic researchers; innovate Library community engagement programs and promote Library services and resources.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent with three (3) years’ relevant professional experience; Experience in Library Strategic Planning, Financial Management and Service Administration; Knowledge of collection development and resource planning; Research and Scholarly Communication Support, electronic database management and information literacy practices. Candidate with proven experiences and performance on self-directed projects, scholarly communication / research and Library ICT tools will have an added advantage.
