Our client in the banking sector requires the services of a Process Engineer located in Johannesburg. Experience in software development, UI/UX and data experience will be advantageous.

Job Summary:
•Banking Experience a must;
•5 to 10 years’ working experience as a process in different industries;
•Have in depth understanding of the BPMN and ARIS notations;
•Mentoring and coaching of junior process engineers;
•Process asset management;
•Roadmap definition for different initiatives;
•In dept understanding of different process and business analysis techniques;
•Clear understanding of different process frameworks;
•Business Architecture training or certification an advantage;
•Business analysis experience at a senior level a must;
•Have experience in working on multiple complex projects;
•Experience in agile methodologies and hybrid;
•Software development, UI/UX and data experience will be advantageous;
•Experience in communicating at different levels in the organization;
•Define business processes and value chains and frameworks;
•Must be able to develop procedure manuals;
•Should be able to develop Target Operating models;
•Should be able to act as a change management agent as when required;
•Experience in leading and providing guidance to other process engineers on projects;
•Self starter, driven and highly motivated individual;
