Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Training Employees and other customers on computer systems
Compile training material for systems/subjects
Maintaining of Systems
Will be giving extensive training on systems
Provide feedback on System constraints
Re-training of existing users and ensure user competency
Assess training effectiveness and revise training needs based on gaps
Assessment, moderation, and facilitation of all training systems within the company
Perform one-on-one, on-the job training, solve training problems and update learning materials and assessment tools
Ensure engagement with programmers to improve systems
Ensure constant improvement on system user practicality
Training needs, gap analysis and reporting
Compile training material and assist various departments with training material
Package & Remuneration:
Salary depending on experience / Travel allowance / Provident Fund
