Job Title: Departmental Administration Officer
Location: Muizenberg, Western Cape, South Africa

Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: R 257,508.00 – 303,329.00 Annually

Job Summary:
•Leave management monitoring among the finance staff
•Meeting preparation and minutes
•Maintain departmental work schedules, office filing and ensuring that the documents are saved under the finance folder, documents no longer needed are shredded and properly disposed of
•Renders administrative support to the DPF and to the Finance Department in general

Education Requirements:
•Grade 12
•Relevant Secretarial/Administrative Diploma
•5 years relevant administrative experience
•Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, presentation skills, report writing, client management)
•Valid drivers’ licence

RECOMMENDATIONS:
•Experience working in TVET environment.
