To develop, deploy and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) interfaces for EPPF including query tools, data visualization and interactive dashboards, data modelling tools and ad hoc report generation to enable analytical and quantitative insight for improved operational, tactical and strategic decisions.

Job Summary:
– Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence quality solutions providing business with actionable information for strategic decision-making purposes.
– Create, develop, and implement required BI solutions that transform data into meaningful information with ‘Customer Satisfaction’ and usability as an end goal.
– Participates in workstream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions.
– Continuously improving processes and existing systems, as well as evaluation and introduction of new tools Providing hands-on technical knowledge & leadership working with key stakeholders.
– Create, develop, and implement required BI solutions that transform data into meaningful information.
– Manage data governance and quality control.
MANAGE BUSINESS REQUIREMENT AND ANALYSIS:
– Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop and analyse business intelligence needs.
– Provides input to business requirements for the design of solutions with business and cost efficiency in mind.
– Interprets business requirements and determines optimum BI solutions to meet business needs and align to overall architecture design.
– Identifies and provides input to new technology opportunities that will have an impact on EPPF BI systems.
– Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms
– Research business problems and creates models that help analyse these business problems to inform effective decision making.
– Organising data and applying existing technology that presents data as usable information
MANAGE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE REPORTS AND DASHBOARDS:
– Design reports, dashboards and tracking tools that can be implemented and used across various divisions
– Reports and dashboards should be functional and meet client data and intelligence needs
– Maintain and support the data analytics platforms at EPPF
– Ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards
Requirements:
– Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
– 5 Years related experience.
– Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data principles, Data Analytics, Cloud technologies & Data Modelling.
