The BBD Bursary Opportunity are currently looking to fund undergraduates looking for scholarships.

At BBD we are committed to providing opportunities for students and professionals looking to make a difference and work on exciting projects that vary from day to day.
The BBD bursary looks to recruit students who wish to study and pursue a career withing the software development field.
The projects that BBD designs and implements have a tangible effect on people from all walks of life, and so they ask for nothing less but total dedication, absolute professionalism and unbridled enthusiasm (bordering on the manic) from their new recruits.
Bursaries are offered to students in the following fields:
- Computer and Software Engineering
- Computer Science
- Informatics
- Information Technology
Candidate Requirements:
- A South African citizen
- Studying or preparing to study towards an IT related degree in one of the fields mentioned previously (Bachelors, Honours, Masters or Doctorate)
- Have a minimum overall academic average of 70%
- Have a passionate about creating and building software
- Skilled in terms of written & verbal communication
- Clear credit and criminal record
